Chicken Pepper Fry



•Chicken with bone on(preferebly thigh bones) – 1 kg
•Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
•Onion – 1 large
•Oil – 3 tbsp.
•Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
•Turmeric – 1/2 tsp.
•Salt – as per taste
•Pepper – 1 tsp. freshly ground


•Wash and pat dry chicken pieces, heat oil in the wok, add chopped onion, saute 4-5 mins. add ginger garlic paste, fry well till brown.
•Add chilli, salt, and turmeric to the chicken pieces, mix well and add to the above pan, fry till chicken is aldente.
•Lastly, add freshly ground pepper stir for anothe rfew minutes remove and serve.
•Can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment with rice and sambar or dal.
