Fish Fry

Ingredients:
•King Fish(Vanjaram) slices approx. 6-7 pieces
•Red Chilli paste – 1 tsp.
•Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
•Salt
•Chilli powder – ½ tsp.
•Half Lemon – few drops
•Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp.
•1 spoon oil

Method

• Wash and pat dry fish slices with paper towels.
• Add all the above ingredients to the fish, apply well and leave it to marinate for half an hour, then shallow fry with 1 or 2 tbsp. of oil of your choice(I used Sunflower oil) 6-7 minutes on each side, turning only once.
•Serve garnished as you wish.
