Mint (Pudhina) Chutney 2


Mint Chutney – 2


Fresh Mint leaves – 1 bunch/Pack
Onion – 2 med chopped
Green Chili – 4-5 chopped
Tamarind – 4-5 small pieces washed
Garlic – 1 pod sliced
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp


1.Heat oil in a pan and fry onion,green chili and tamarind together till slightly brown and add fresh mint washed and drained to the frying pan and let the leaves wilt and turn of heat ,let cool.
2.Transfer into mixer jar and add salt ,cumin, sliced garlic, 1 tbsp water and grind coarsely into chutney.

Serve with rice
