Quarted Boiled Eggs Stir fry


Eggs – 5 (Hard boil and remove shells)
Onions – 2 med sliced
Green chili – 2 sliced lengthwise
Ginger chopped fine
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Curry leaves – few
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Roasted methi-jeera powder – 2 pinches
Oil – 2 tsps


1. After boiling and removing shells of the eggs ,cut them into quarters and place carefully in a flat plate.
2.Heat a pan add oil and sliced onions,green chili and curry leaves fry for 2-3 mins add ginger fry 2 mins .
3.Now add powder spices except methi-jeera powder mix well and add quarted eggs toss slowly and add salt fresh coriander and lastly methi – jeera powder.
4.Turn of the heat and serve hot as you wish.
