Chicken sausages with Mix Diced Veggies
Frozen chicken sausages -1 pack (approx-10)
Green Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1 large
Carrot – 1 large
Cabbage – few separate leaves
Garlic – 2 pods Minced
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsps
Red chili paste – 1/2tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 pinch
1.Slice the sausages,and fry in a tsp of oil stirring well for few mins till they change colour remove and set apart.
2.Wash and Dice all the veggetables as shown.
3.Heat a wok add oil or use the same pan you fried the sausages and add minced garlic along wiyh the diced veggies and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
4.Sprinkle a few tsps of water and cover cook .When still crunchy add the fried sausages and salt red chili powder toss well.
5 Lastly add tomato ketchup and red chili paste and pepper powder mix well to coat add few more drops of water and stir well for 2-3 mins and turn of heat.
I use this to to make wraps with Arabic bread (Khubz) or filling sandwiches along with salad, mayonaise and ketchup.
