Potato Chili Fry
Potatoes – 2-3 medium peeled and cut into small cubes.
Oil – 2 tbsps
Red chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Fresh Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped
1. Heat a wok or non-stick pan add oil and chopped potato pieces and stir fry till light brown on edges and sprinkle red chili flakes,pepper and salt fry few more mins .
2.Check for doneness and turn off heat and transfer into a bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander and toss well .
Serve Hot With Rice and Dal or Chappati
