Fish Fry With Pepper


Fish Fry With Pepper.


King Fish (Vanjaram) – 6-7 slices
Salt – to taste
Freshly ground Pepper – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tsps
Oil for shallow fry – 3-4 tbsps

Onions and Cucumber slices to garnish.


Wash and pat dry the fish slices and place on a platter.sprinkle salt and pepper and rub well to coat on both sides.

Then sprinkle corn flour and pat well keep for 10-20 mins covered in a refrigerator.

Now Heat a flat Tawa and sprinkle oil and place the fish slices and fry7 mins on each side.Turning Only Once.

Serve with Rice and dal or can have just as an appetizer.
Along with onion and cucumber salad and lemon wedges.
