Cauliflower Fry

 

This vegetable dish is easy to prepare and super tasty..with only a few ingredients.

Things you need

Cauliflower florets  – 1 big cup

Onion – 1 med sliced

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Oil – 2 tbsps

Preparation

Heat a wok or large pan,add oil and fry sliced onions for 2 mins,add ginger garlic paste and fry 2 more mins,to this pan add the turmeric powder and stir well.

Reduce heat and add the washed and drained cauliflower florets and stir well to coat all over the vegetable,then sprinkle salt and cover,increase heat to medium.

Stir in intervals ,but do not make it mushy,now sprinkle chilli powder and combine,cook on low heat for 4-5 mins,check for doneness by pressing with the spatula and turn off heat.

Serve hot as a side dish or with chappatis.
