Things you need
Bittergourds – 4-5 med
Onion – 1 large finely sliced
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Garlic Pods – 4-5 finely crushed
Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
1.Slightly scrape the surface of the bitter gourds and trim the edges then wash and slice into fine roundels.
2.Heat a pan and add oil,sliced onion and one sprig curry leaves fry a min and add the sliced bittergourd pieces and stir fry on high heat for 5-10 mins.
3.Lower heat and sprinkle the powder spices ,crushed garlic and stir fry for another 5-7 mins,lastly add the other sprig of curry leaves and stir a couple of mins and turn off the heat.
