These carrots and beans are steamed and then stir fried with grated garlic and freshly ground pepper.

Things you need

Carrots – 2 peeled washed and cut into long and diagonally.

French beans – cut edges wash and chop into half

Garlic – 2 pods grated

Black pepper – 1/2 tsp freshly ground.

Salt – as per taste

Method

Steam the carrots and beans in a steamer till cooked but still crunchy.

 

Now heat a pan and add a teaspoon of oil,add grated garlic and fry a min ,then throw in the steamed veggies.

Stir fry on high heat for a couple of mins and sprinkle the black pepper and stir well and serve hot.
