Cauliflower florets – 1 big cup
Onions – 2 med
Green chilis – 2 slit
Tomato – 1 large
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 3 pinches
Red chili powder – 1/4 sp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Curry leaves – few
Oil – 3 tbsps
1.Take the cauliflower florets and place them in a big bowl of hot water with salt added for few mins,wash and drain.
2.Heat a pan add oil.chopped onions and green chilis fry 3mins add ginger garlic paste and fry till light brown and add curry leaves.
3.Now add cauliflower florets, salt and turmeric powder mix well and cover for few mins.
4.Open lid and add red chili and coriander powders and tomato chopped fry few more mins and cover cook on med-low heat till done.
Turn of heat and serve hot with chappatis or rice.
