Mixed Fried Rice
Cooked rice ( Brown or White) – 1 big bowl full
Garlic – 2 large pods Minced
Green chili – 2 less spicy Finely chopped
Onion – 1 large Finely Chopped
Carrot – 1 small Finely chopped
French beans – 5-6 Finely chopped
Tender Spring Onions – 1 small bunch Finely chopped
Eggs – 2
Olive Oil – 3 tbsps
Soy Sauce – 3 tbsps
Red chili paste – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
1.Heat a large wok,add oil and heat then add minced garlic and green chili finely chopped stir well,add finely chopped onions and stir on high heat for few mins .
2.Then add the finely chopped carrot and beans and continue stiring on high heat for 3-4 mins then addred chili paste and soy sauce fry well.
3.Crackle eggs and salt stir a min and add cooked rice stir fry on high for few more mins.
4.Then add finely chopped spring onion and freshly ground black pepper powder and fry till well combined.Turn of heat and transfer into serving bowl.
We can add boiled and shredded chicken and deviened and cleaned shrimps also to this rice while frying veggies.
Serve Hot With Chicken Curry and Salad or Raita.
Gongura pickle too goes well with this
