Mint Chutney 1

 

Mint Chutney

Ingredients

Fresh mint – 1 bunch/pack
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsps
onion – 1 large
Green chili – 5-6
Tomato – 1 large
Tamarind – 2 inch piece
Oil – 2 tsps
Salt – as per taste
Garlic – 1 pod

Method

1. Pick the mint leaves and wash and pat in kitchen towel place aside.
2 .Heat a pan add oil add chopped onions,green chili and tamarind fry for 3-4 mins
3.Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft and well fried lastly add mint leaves stir till they just wilt for 1min.
4. Turn of heat and let cool then transfer into small mixer jar and add salt, fresh coriander leaves and garlic blend coarsely.

Remove into a small bowl to serve.

Reduce chili if you wish.
