Tomato Baath.

 

Tomato Baath

Ingredients
Rice – 4 cups wash and soak
Tomatoes – 3 med chopped
Onion – 1 large chopped
Curry leaves – few
Green chili – 2 slit
Cloves – 3
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cardamom – 3
Bay leaf – 1
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Salt – as per taste
Fresh Mint – few leaves
Oil – 2 tbsps

Method

1. Heat the pressure cooker pan,add oil and whole garam masala ingredients and fry 1 min and add chopped onoin,curry leaves and green chilis and fry well .
2.Now add chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder fry few mins and add 9 cups of water and salt bring to boil and add drained rice and mint leaves and cover and pressure cook for 8-10 min on medium.

Serve hot with raita and any veg curry or chutney of your choice.
