Peanut Chutney With Sour Cucumber
Sour cucumber (Dosakai) – 1 small peeled,deseeded and chopped
Peanuts – 1 cup
Onion – 1 large
Green chilis – 5-6 hot
Tamarind – Marble size
Tomato – 1 large
Oil – 2 tbsp
1.Dry roast the peanuts and keep apart.And fry all the other ingredients in oil and cool.
2.Keep a few cucumber pieces aside and grind coarsely all the other with salt and 2 tsp water.
3. Transfer into a bowl and add saved cucumber pieces and mix well.you can add tempering if you wish.
